Norway and other donor countries urge the G8 to provide more aid

On the occasion of the G8 summit in Gleneagles, the prime ministers of Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden urge the G8 heads of state and government to provide more resources to fight global poverty.

12/07/2005 :: The Prime Ministers Jan Pieter Balkenende of the Netherlands, Kjell Magne Bondevik of Norway, Jean-Claude Juncker of Luxembourg, Göran Persson of Sweden and Anders Fogh Rasmussen of Denmark, handed over a letter to the G8 countries today, 6/7/2005, regarding the fight against poverty.
