After last year’s success and sold-out performances at the London Jazz Festival, Frøy Aagre is back in the UK for four more concerts with her lyrical Nordic jazz.

Frøy Aagre and her band are ready for their second tour around UK with four concerts in England and Scotland in November. Aagre is keeping herself busy, her new album “Cycle of Silence” will be released next spring following her previous two acclaimed jazz albums “Katalyze” (2004) and “Countryside” (2007).

Aagre, an emerging star on the European jazz scene who has toured around Scandinavia, USA, Canada, Japan and the UK, is best known for her powerful compositions and individual style. Aagre has studied saxophone at the Birmingham Conservatoire and Middlesex University as well as other places in Norway and Argentina.
