The Norwegian Design Council, Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Royal Norwegian Embassy in London have chosen Bergen Academy of Art and Design (KHIB) as their main partner for 100% Norway in 2014. The exhibition will take place during London Design Festival, and Norwegian designers and manufacturers who wish to take part are welcome to submit their applications until 15th May. Read more

On Monday 23rd September Her Majesty Queen Sonja of Norway and Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Rothesay officially opened the new Maggie’s Cancer Care Centre in Aberdeen, Scotland, designed by the Norwegian architecture firm Snøhetta. Read more

Håkon Vigsnæs from the Oslo-based architect duo Jarmund/Vigsnæs will be giving a talk in London on 18th October, as part of Royal Academy of Arts's Evening Lectures. The architectural practice is renowned for architecture which subtly relates to its surroundings while consistently challenging the imagination. Read more
