22/12/2003 :: With the new Scottish Parliament established in Edinburgh, a new climate for trade and commerce between Scotland and Norway is emerging. We have already seen increased interest in Scottish affairs from Norway - on many levels - and the close bonds which already exist will, no doubt, be strengthened. The Royal Norwegian Consulate General is in a unique position to play an important part in this process by developing the commercial potential and facilitate business links.
