Norwegian companies at Offshore Europe 2005

A range of leading Norwegian companies will be represented at the oil and gas exhibition, Offshore Europe (OE), in Aberdeen from 6-9 September.

Innovation Norway, an organisation created by the merger of four public agencies – NTC, SND (The Norwegian Industrial and Regional Development Fund), The Norwegian Tourist Board and The Norwegian Government Consultative Office for Inventors, has gathered representatives from participating organisations at its two stands at the event. The two Norwegian stands - 907 and 1011 - can be found in the Blue Zone. Companies that will be present at the event include:

OE is the new name for Offshore Europe, the eastern hemisphere's largest E&P event. With a record of accomplishment of over 30 years, Offshore Europe has proven itself one of the most influential events in the petroleum industry calendar. The event attracts over 26,000 attendees and around 1400 exhibiting companies from over 100 countries. The last event, hosted in 2003, saw contracts totalling more than US$325 million announced or signed at the show.

Networking Event - 7 September

Innovation Norway is also hosting a networking event at Aberdeen Football Stadium at 6pm on 7 September where the crucial World Cup qualifier match between Norway and Scotland will be shown on a big screen (kick-off 7pm).
