Sixty happy Norwegian singers will make the journey across the North Sea to visit Scotland and perform at a concert in the stunning St. Giles Cathedral on Saturday 23rd October. The repertoire holds something for everyone.
The Norwegian choir 'Kick' consists of more than 100 happy singers who rehears / perform at Nanset Chruch in Larvik every week.
The Choir was set up as a trial project, but became extremely popular and people of all ages turn up on Wednesdays in Nanset to watch and listen or maybe join in.
60 of the Choir members will come to Edinburgh next week and perform in St. Giles Cathedral on Saturday 23rd October at 12.10pm.
The repertoire varies from barbershop to vamp and pop to gospel.
