Three piece electro outfit ÅSA have recently been on tour promoting their debut album On/Off. After playing at various venues around the UK, they have been asked to play at the Meadows Festival in Edinburgh on Sunday 5th June.

The band ÅSA combines the talents of singer / writer Åsa Seljestad, writer / composer Paul Croan and technical consultant Baz.

The band got together in November 2002 and had its first gig at the Commplex in Leith one year later. Following great critical acclaim, the band has had a great number of gigs throughout the UK and released their first album.

The Daily Record described their music as '..haunting, breathily, sparce chillout music that sells cars by the dozen...' and '...there is more to this band than Groove Armada's coffee table chill by numbers...'.
