European dance group MIKS are performing a brand new piece during Resolution!, an annual platform for new and upcoming choreographers, where they involve the live audience.
'Only on Mondays' is a challenging new piece, stretching the boundaries of theatre. Co-directed by the live audience, 'Only on Mondays' will be performed at the Robin Howard Theatre, The Place, in Central London.
'"Just because it's on the page, doesn't mean we write it," says the team behind MIKS who collaborate with the live audience, where words are thrown, narrative is left to chance, layers are torn apart, and the performance becomes anything and everything.'
MIKS are a collaboration between Norwegian dance artist Ida Uvaas, Sara Lindstrom (Sweden), Maija Nurmio (Finland) and Anais Bouts (France).
