Rebekka Karijord in London

Norwegian artist Rebekka Karijord will be performing at the Union Chapel in London 16 July.

Composer, musician and former actress Rebekka Karijord's latest album, "We Become Ourselves" was released in the autumn of 2012, and received rave reviews. The album was even included in Mojo Magazine's list of the ten best albums of 2012.

On July 16th, Rebekka Karijord is to play a special church organ set at the historic Union Chapel.

Built in 1877, the Henry Willis Organ at Union Chapel is the only existing organ of its kind in the UK and remains vertially unaltered. With the help from the Heritage Lottery Fund the historic instrument has been restored to its former glory. The organ will officially be launched on July 14th and the Union Chapel is hosting a week of special concerts to celebrate.
