Norwegian artist Pernille Leggat Ramfelt is showing her book p.o.c. this month, as part of the COLLABORATORS 2 exhibition at ROOM art gallery.
Along with fellow artist Richard Bevan, Ramfelt re-made a work for and in Staindpoint Gallery in Hoxton. Together they produced a book; p.o.c, which is a semi-documentation of the process of working there. This is their second book, the first being a rainbow-coloured edition, which was part of Richard's show in g39, Cardiff last year.
“COLLABORATORS 2 is an exhibition of editions and unique works by 28 artists. It is an opportunity for us to show work by artists we admire as well as those who have previously shown in the gallery.” the exhibition organisers say.
Ramfelt and Bevan both graduated from the Slade School of Fine Art in 2008. Ramfelt, who was born in Oslo 1976, today lives and works in London. Some of her previous exhibitions include: Wall of Light, Standpoint Gallery London, The Blue Obelisk, Liang,West London, Sequences - Real time Festival Reykjavik and W17 Kunstnernes Hus Oslo
