The Norwegian Seamen’s church is hosting a traditional Norwegian Christmas celebration on Christmas Eve 24 December. The celebrations start with a Christmas mass in the church at 3pm.
Later in the evening a traditional Norwegian Christmas dinner will be served; Pinnekjøtt (dry cured Lamb) and “Ribbe” style Roast Pork with crackling and all the trimmings.
There will be Christmas carol singing, walking around the Christmas tree and everyone is encouraged to bring a wrapped Christmas present (max. value £3)
